Why a Technology Plan?

In any business, finding ways of improving productivity is a primary goal. You want to implement better, faster, and more efficient ways to serve your customers' needs. Today's technology provides the tools for attaining these goals.

What's Involved?

Technology planning involves meeting with you to understand where you are at, where you want to be, and the direction you should be going. Not only do we look at short-term needs, we also consider your long-term objectives.

To give you an idea, here are a few of the specific issues we can address for you:

• immediate problems requiring solutions,
• whether you are making the best use of the system(s) you have,
• the effectiveness and safety of your backup system,
• long-term utilization of technology, etc.

You will be presented with a written recommendation outlining the goals you wish to achieve, the current technology you have, various options to achieve your desired goals, the options we feel best suit your needs, and the factors considered in making our recommendation.

How much time is involved?

Initially, we will meet with you and your key staff for one hour at your location. (Depending on the extent of your study, we may need additional time at your office to evaluate your current technology.)

After our meeting, a technology plan based on the goals you have outlined will be prepared for you.

A one-hour follow-up meeting is then scheduled, in which we present our recommendation and answer any questions you may have.

Is there any cost to me?

Because we want to ensure that we are able to meet the needs of all who are serious about technology planning, there will be a minimal charge for this service. You are under no obligation to purchase anything once the recommendations have been presented. However, if you do choose to follow our suggestions, a portion of the planning charges will be refunded to you. Please call for an estimate.
